Sales recorded for Melbourne Units Cityscope for the three months to August 2019 totalled $397.3 million, a slight increase from the $387.6 million recorded for the quarter to May 2019 and a large decrease from the $791.5 million in the quarter to February 2019 (which included the off-the-plan sales of the Avant Apartments at 56-62 A'Beckett Street, a stage of the Aurora Melbourne Central at 224-252 La Trobe Street and Victoria One at 452-272 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne) and the $735 million recorded in November 2018.
This update includes the off the plan sales of a further stage of Aurora Melbourne Central, 224-252 La Trobe Street.
The latest data brings the twelve-month sales total to $2.312 billion, an increase from the previous twelve months, which recorded sales of $1.764 billion.

- Unit 907, Westin Melbourne on Regent Place at 201 Collins Street, Melbourne
A 2-bedroom apartment of 201 sqm on the ninth floor plus a balcony of 24 sqm and one car space, which was sold for $3.25 million and
- Unit 902 at 35 Spring Street, Melbourne
A 3-bedroom apartment with a balcony facing north east on level 9 and car park spaces on levels 2 and 7, which was sold for $3.2
