Sales recorded for Melbourne Units Cityscope for the three months to February 2020 totalled $419.5 million, an increase from the $389.9 million recorded for the quarter to November 2019 and an increase from the $395.9 million in the quarter to August 2019. 

This update includes the sales and the off-the-plan sales of levels one to twenty of the Flagstaff Green development at 15 Batman Street, West Melbourne.

The latest data brings the twelve-month sales total to $1.592 billion, a decrease from the previous twelve months, which recorded sales of $2.387 billion.

Some notable sales featured in the February 2020 update of Melbourne Units Cityscope include:

  • Unit 5501 at Collins House, 464 - 466 Collins Street, Melbourne, a residential apartment with north-west and north-east aspects on level 55 including a shared car stacker space on level 4, which sold off-the-plan for $3.54 million; 
  • Unit 3104 at Sheraton Melbourne Hotel, 27 Little Collins Street, Melbourne an apartment to the north-western corner on level thirty-one and a parking area for two cars on basement level 2, which sold for $3.15 million through Colliers International Residential and
  • Unit 1801, part of the Flagstaff Green development at 15 Batman Street, Melbourne, to be a south facing residential apartment with a balcony on level 18 including two car space on basement level 1, which sold off-the-plan for approximately $2.19 million.
