Sales recorded for Melbourne Units Cityscope for the three months to May 2020 totalled $145.7 million, a decrease from the $419.5 million recorded for the quarter to February 2020 and from the $389.9 million recorded for the quarter to November 2019. 

The latest data brings the twelve-month sales total to $1.351 billion, a decrease from the previous twelve months, which recorded sales of $2.106 billion.

Some notable sales featured in the May 2020 update of Melbourne Units Cityscope include:

  • Unit 1 in the 2-storey brick building at 14-18 Davisons Place, Melbourne, comprising total area of 124 sqm on ground and first storey, which was bought for $3.2 million; 
  • 23 Guildford Lane, Melbourne, a 3-level warehouse building plus roof garden and two car spaces, completed in 1996, used as a residence, which was bought for  $2.815 million in a deal handled by Galldon Real Estate and
  • Unit 4805 in Collins House at 464-466 Collins Street, Melbourne, a 60-storey mixed use tower, comprising 185 apartments over 43 levels, 3,000 sqm office space over 13 levels, ground floor retail space and 70 car parking spaces, completed in 2019. Unit 4805 is a 2-bedroom corner apartment with north-east and south-east aspects on level 48, approximate floor area 200 sqm; which was bought for $2.5 million.
