Sales recorded for Melbourne Units Cityscope for the three months to November 2019 totalled $390 million, a decrease from the $395.9 million recorded for the quarter to August 2019 and an increase from the $387.6 million in the quarter to May 2019. 

This update includes the off the plan sales of a further stage of Aurora Melbourne Central, 224-252 La Trobe Street and the off the plan sales of the whole of Collins House, 464-466 Collins Street.

The latest data brings the twelve-month sales total to $1.965 billion, an increase from the previous twelve months, which recorded sales of $1.920 billion.

Some notable sales featured in the November 2019 update of Melbourne Units Cityscope include:

  • Unit 1901 at 35 Spring Street, Melbourne
    A whole-floor unit with a large balcony facing south east wrapping around Spring Street, Flinders Lane and Howitt Lane, plus three balconies facing north east and one balcony facing south west on level 19. The unit also includes two parking areas for four cars on level 2, two storage spaces on level 9 plus a storage space on basement level, which sold for $14.75 million; 
  • Unit 64 at 73 Flinders Lane, Melbourne
    A 3-level 4-bedroom plus study unit on levels 5, 6 and 7 in Sargood House, with 3 balconies, and car parking, which sold for $3.9 million and
  • Unit 7606, at 224-252 La Trobe Street, Melbourne
    A north-east facing apartment on level 76 in Aurora Melbourne Central, including two car spaces and three storage areas on levels 5 and 7, which sold for approximately $2.362 million.
