The latest research from Norwest Cityscope shows a decrease in the total value and number of sales over the last quarter. For the three months to January 2017, there were 21 sales at a total value of $17 million, compared to the 31 sales at a total value of $22 million for the three months to October 2016. This data brings the 12-month total to $176 million, a substantial decrease from the $510.8 million recorded the same time last year.

Notable sales recorded in the January 2017 update of Norwest Cityscope include:

  • Unit 2 in the Pinnacle Estate at 1 Celebration Drive, Bella Vista, a retail unit of 1,038 sqm, which was sold for $4.55 million;
  • Suite 4.01, a commercial suite of 132 sqm on the level four and 578 sqm on the roof level was sold with car space lots 129 – 138 at Versatile, 29-31 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista, which was sold for $1.87 million; and
  • Suite 508 a 112 sqm commercial suite on level five of Norwest Central at 12 Century Circuit, Baulkham Hills, which was sold for $1.321 million.

Significant properties for sale in the January 2017 update of Norwest Cityscope include:

  • Unit F115, unit F105, unit F128 and unit F129 at Lexington Corporate at 24-32 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista, four commercial units tenanted by ANZ Bank with a total strata area of 663 sqm, for sale via expressions of interest through THiiNK Commercial – Bella Vista;
  • Suite 207 in Building A at The Solent Centre, 12-14 Solent Circuit, Baulkham Hills, a 92-sqm office suite with 5 car parking spaces, for sale through Coutts Real Estate; and
  • Lot 51 at Inglewood Business Centre, 5-7 Inglewood Place, Baulkham Hills, a commercial suite of 158 sqm on level 1 and 176 sqm on level 2 plus 10 car parking spaces, available at an asking price of $1.209 million through Hills Commercial Real Estate.
