The latest research from Perth Cityscope shows property sales have decreased in the past three months.
Sales recorded in the quarter to September 2019 totalled $54.2 million, a decrease from the June 2019 quarter which totalled $158.2 million, and a large decrease from the $643.2 million recorded in the three months to March 2019.
This data brings the 12-month total to $1.045 billion, an increase from the $571.3 million recorded the same time last year.

Notable sales in the September 2019 update of Perth Cityscope include:
- Chamber of Commerce at 180 Hay Street, East Perth
A 7-level office building, with office space over four levels, incorporating training and meeting rooms, function rooms, display areas, and multi-level parking for 121 cars behind; has the gross floor area of 6,066 sqm and net lettable area of 4,925 sqm, which sold for $12.59 million;
- 707 Murray Street, West Perth
A 5,666 sqm paved land currently used for car parking, which sold for $11.25 million; and
- The site comprises of a single-storey building with on-site parking for 11 cars at 42 Ord Street and a 3-storey office building at 44 Ord Street, with parking for 24 cars, which sold for approximately $11 million.

- 20 Colin Street, West Perth
A single-storey brick building with a building area of 227 sqm, plus on-site car parking for 10 cars on a 903 sqm block, is for sale by offers to purchase closing 10 October 2019 through Axia Corporate Property;
- An office complex comprising the Durack Centre at 263 Adelaide Terrace, Perth
A 13-storey office building plus two basement parking levels for 140 car spaces plus a 2-storey triangular podium section; To Adelaide Terrace, E B Johnston House, a 2-storey brick mansion; at 2 Victoria Avenue, known as the Optus Centre, a 5-level building on the southern end, includes a showroom and 69 car bays and 46 bicycle bays.
