This quarterly update of Pyrmont-Ultimo Cityscope shows a dramatic decrease in total sales value, with 23 sales at a total value of $44.3 million, compared to the 27 sales at a total value of $205.6 million for the quarter ending October 2019. 

The 12-month total sales figure stands at $836.7 million for the year ending January 2020, with 89 sales recorded over that period, an increase in terms of sales value from the previous 12 months ending January 2019, during which 105 sales were recorded with a total value of $675.4 million.

Notable sales in the areas covered by Pyrmont-Ultimo Cityscope for the January 2020 update include:

  • Stratum lot 203 of the former Irving Street Brewery Building at 5 Central Park Avenue, Chippendale
    Comprising three connected five-level heritage listed buildings, originally built to a design by Halligan & Wilton in 1910. It also comprises of 2,448 sqm on basement levels 2, 3 and 4 plus 2,580 sqm on basement level 0, was bought for $16.5 million and 
  • The former Bristol Arms Hotel at 424-426 Harris Street, Ultimo
    Comprising lot 1, 169 sqm on ground floor plus 42 sqm storage area in the basement, lot 2, 136 sqm on level 1 plus 9 sqm storage area in the basement and lot 3, 139 sqm on level 2 plus 19 sqm storage area in the basement, was bought for $6.425 million.
