The latest research from South Sydney Cityscope shows property sales for the quarter to June 2019 have increased in terms of total value.
Sales recorded in the most recent quarter totalled $342.1 million from 55 sales, as compared to the $164.1 million from 30 sales in the quarter to March 2019 and from the $183.3 million from 20 sales recorded in the quarter to December 2018.
This quarter brings the twelve-month total value of sales to $1.602 billion from 148 sales, an increase from the $950.7 million from 156 sales recorded for the previous year.

Notable sales in the June 2019 update of South Sydney Cityscope include:
- Altitude Corporate Centre, at 163 O'Riordan Street, Mascot
A 10-storey commercial office building with associated parking and landscaping, completed in late 2007 with a net lettable area of 13,500 sqm, which sold for $113.5 million through CBRE (Sydney) and Colliers International Sydney South;
- 506-518 Gardeners Road, Alexandria
A data centre development, to be a part 3 and part 4-storey data centre facility, comprising two floors of high-tech industrial storage in the form of colocation halls for ICT equipment, four floors of office space and meeting spaces, plus 40 at grade car parking spaces, which sold for $100 million and
- 151-163 Wyndham Street, Zetland
Three inter-connected warehouse/office buildings comprising two high clearance brick warehouses and a two-storey building with warehouse space on the ground level and office space upstairs on a site of 2,798 sqm, which sold for $24 million.

- 2 Chalmers Crescent, Mascot
A two-storey high-clearance warehouse with mezzanine offices and parking on the front apron, with a building area of 978 sqm on a site of 1,239 sqm, for sale through Colliers International Sydney South and
- 3 Bay Street, Botany
A two-storey high-clearance brick warehouse with an upper level office/workshop to Bay Street, and a single-storey section to the rear on a site area of 600 sqm, for sale with an asking price of $2,650,000 through Raine & Horne Commercial.
