For sale for the first time in half a century, 45 Exhibition Street is being sold by its long term owner, Normadel Investments Pty Ltd. Normadel Investments is a private company owned by Henryk and Emily Kranz of Toorak, Melbourne.

45 Exhibition Street is a 1,680 sqm, six-storey building which was refurbished in 1987, in mid-1996 and again in 2017. Its occupants include F45 Training, Academy Xi and Netgear. Location wise the property it is in the Paris end of Melbourne, close to various high end retailers and opposite luxury hotel, Sofitel and multi-storey tower, Collins Place.

The property has not traded since 1968 when it was bought by its current owners for $78,000.
