The St James Hotel occupies the lower ground, ground and first level. Tenants on upper levels include Australian Harbour International College, QIBA - Global Education Australia and Hunt Partners Solicitors.

139 Elizabeth Street is a four-storey building occupied by Levendi Jewellers. It is wonderfully located opposite Hyde Park and St James Station. David Jones, Centrepoint and the locally known Luxury Precinct are all close neighbours to both buildings.

The asking price for the buildings is reportedly in the vicinity of $60 million plus. They last traded together at $17.925 million in 2005.
