Action Hotels is an owner, developer and asset manager of branded three and four star hotels in the Middle East and Australia. The company was established in 2005 by the founder and chairman, Sheikh Mubarak A.M. Al Sabah, and is listed on the London Stock Exchange.  

The hotel is being offered for sale as part of a portfolio that also includes the Ibis Glen Waverley and the Ibis Budget Hotel Melbourne Airport.
