Another month, another big update for RP Data Pro! You’re going to love this one.
A few highlights to look out for once you download / update the App:
New Suburb Report
Introducing the new Suburb Report, available for our Real Estate industry customers.
Engage with your customers early in their decision making process as they consider a number of suburbs to assess the right fit for them. Become a trusted source of relevant information relating to the suburb, assisting them in their purchase decision. With information on both sales and the rental market within the suburb, the new one-click report has relevant information for both owner occupiers and investors and is a great tool allowing your customers to compare suburbs and ultimately helping them make the purchase decision that best suits their requirements.
Suburb Report Preview
You’ll find the Suburb Report in the Suburb Insights section on a Property Detail page. The PDF preview will be returned to the app for easy sharing via email or MMS, using the standard Apple Share icon.
Generating the Suburb Report
Auction Date and Time
We now show the upcoming Auction date and time for properties that are For Sale by Auction. You can also add the auction event to your calendar, directly from within the app.

Tap the ‘add to calendar’ icon next to the Auction Date/Time. You’ll be requested to allow access to your calendar.

Adding Sales and Listings Advice
Avoid the phones calls and don’t miss publication. We’ve made it even easier to lodge your sales and listings advice. ‘Favourites’ integration makes it easy to track listings and sales history.

Adding a Listing
Tap on the ‘List’ icon on the Property Detail page, or the ‘List this Property’ under the ‘More’ property menu to enter and track your Listings.
If you supply a Display Price, it will be shown instead of the Listing Price. Once submitted, it can take up to ~24 hours and the listing will be added to our database.
List this Property
Add the property to your “My Listings” favourite list for an easy way to keep track of your listings and access them quickly.
Adding a Sale
Tap on the ‘Sold’ icon on the Property Detail page, or the ‘Mark this Property as Sold’ under the ‘More’ property menu to enter and track your sales.
Once submitted, it can take up to ~24 hours and the sale will be added to our database.

Add the property to your “My Sales” favourite list for an easy way to keep track of your sales and access them quickly.
Favourite Lists
Use the Favourite Lists to keep track of your Listings, Sales and other properties of interest.
A number of lists are pre-created for you, and you can also create your own custom lists – for example to keep track of prospects, comparable properties for a deal you’re currently researching or working on, some of your favourite properties or even a list of your record sales to show off with a vendor.

Tap the star on any property to add it to a list. Also, by adding your sales and listings, we can automatically add them to your favourite lists.
Improvements to Property Summary
We’ve made some improvements to the Property Summary for those properties currently on the market (For Sale or For Rent).
The Listing Price is now shown at the top of the Property Detail page so you can easily view the most important information first when you access a property.
