To find the most popular areas in a suburb:
- Search for the suburb in the rp.professional
- Click on the Sales History tab from the suburb results. Alternatively, you can also look at the On The Market tab to see if the area is already a hot spot.
- Edit the ‘Last Sales Date’ in your Refine Seach filter section to show the sales in the last three months. You may also want to refine your search further to show only houses or units, specific no. of beds, baths etc.
- Select all your results and then click on the RP Map icon (bottom of the page in the ‘Multi Property Activities’ box). This will generate a map of your area with the selected sales highlighted.
If there are any clusters of recent sales on your new map of your area, then you’ve identified a “Hot Spot”. You can now target your marketing campaign to these streets to maximise your chances of attracting prospective customers.
