Here’s a quick and simple way to get an idea of the most popular areas in a suburb:

  • Bring up the suburb that you want to search in the RP Professional Property System.
  • Click on the Recent Sales tab and refine your search to show the sales in the last three months.  You may want to refine the search to show only houses or units, depending on your area.
  • Tag all your results, and select RP Map, which will generate a map of your area with the selected sales highlighted.

If there are any clusters of recent sales on your new map of your area, then you’ve found a “Hot Spot”!  You can now target your marketing campaign on these streets to maximise your chances of attracting prospective customers.
