Over the week ending 25th November, preliminary results show that 70.0 per cent of the 40 reported commercial auctions were successful. On a week on week basis, the number of auctions reported is lower, with 63 auctions held over the previous week with 53.9 per cent successful. This is also significantly lower than the corresponding week last year, with a total of 120 auctions reported and a 64.1 per cent clearance rate. There have been 196 commercial auction results reported over the past four weeks, with 116 sales.  Based on the 68 results reported with a sale price, the total value of transactions is just lower than $163.8 million.
