The latest research from Norwest Cityscope shows a decrease in the total value of sales over the last quarter. For the three months to January 2019, there were 15 sales at a total value of $13.9 million, compared to the 15 sales at a total value of $62.1 million for the three months to January 2019.

This data brings the 12-month total to $157.5 million, a decrease from the $257.7 million recorded the same time last year.

Notable sales recorded in the January 2019 update of Norwest Cityscope include:

  • Lot 82 (known as unit 318), T1 Norwest, 14-16 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista
    A 412 sqm commercial unit on level three in the south east part of the five-storey building, plus 13 car spaces on level three, which was sold for $2 million through THiiNK Commercial - Bella Vista; 
  • Lot 33 (known as suite A211), Norwest Sky City, 18-20 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista
    A 249 sqm commercial unit on level 2 of the four-level South Tower (Building A) and 130 sqm of parking on car park level 2 (south), which was sold for $1.62 million through Norwest Commercial & Industrial Real Estate. The sale represented an initial yield of 5.19% on a passing income of $84,100 (net) and

    A 168 sqm commercial unit on the podium level in building A (a six-storey building) and 53 sqm of parking on the podium and ground levels, which was sold for $1.265 million through Colliers International.
