Customer Success has a metric that monitors the Happiness of Customers in a quarterly survey. One of my greatest achievements in our newly revamped CSC was that I achieved the highest movement in scores in Q2 2017. This tells me that my customers are specifically happy with my service to them.

Frank came to Corelogic in 2012 after 35 years in the banking sector, having worked predominately with two of the ‘Big 4’ banks. His experience in this field has been valuable in assisting Bankers and Mortgage Brokers in the ValEx valuation area of the CoreLogic business, in which he currently works. Frank has also revelled in expanding his knowledge of CoreLogic products to assist a wider range of our clients, currently undergoing accreditation in Cordell and Cityscope Product suites.

Craig joined CoreLogic in 2011 as General Counsel, after 10 years in a similar role at Genworth, Australia’s largest mortgage insurance company. Today, Craig is responsible for over 90% of the product and solution suite for CoreLogic across a range of segments including real estate, banking, mortgage broking, valuation, construction, wealth and government.
Prior to joining Genworth (previously part of General Electric) in 2001, Craig spent three years in London working at leading UK law firm, Herbert Smith having previously spent five years in Sydney at Dunhill Madden Butler (now PwC Legal).
With 17 years of experience in the residential mortgage industry, Craig has developed a deep understanding of the various component elements of the mortgage ecosystem, specifically the valuation industry and the overarching regulatory environment. Sarah Gillies is CoreLogic’s Executive, General Counsel International and leads the legal, risk and information security team for CoreLogic’s international business, covering Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Sarah is also currently Acting Country Manager for CoreLogic’s New Zealand business.
Sarah started her career in private practice at Minter Ellison before moving in-house at Telecom New Zealand Limited (now Spark) where she held a number of roles in the legal team at a time when the business and the telecommunications industry was undergoing significant change. Kylie joined CoreLogic in 2014 after nearly four years as Network Editor of Real Estate at News Corp Australia where she was network editor of real estate. There she created and led the national desk of 52 real estate reporters across 120 titles training them in delivering data journalism, video and digital deliveries.
Kylie has a 25 year career in media as a senior editor and entrepreneur across News Corp and Fairfax, and at 25 was the founder and publisher of hyper-local newspaper The Village Voice.
