Sales recorded for Melbourne Units Cityscope for the three months to August 2017 totalled $406 million, a large increase from the $179.3 million recorded for the quarter to May 2017 and the $169.6 million recorded for the quarter to February 2017.The increase is accounted for by the inclusion of the off –the-plan sales of the Eq. Tower at 127-141 A'Beckett Street, Melbourne in this update.
The latest data brings the twelve-month sales total to $1.16 billion, an increase from the previous twelve months, which recorded sales of $884.5 million.

Some notable sales featured in the August 2017 update of Melbourne Units Cityscope include:
- Unit 131 at 51 Spring Street, Melbourne, a 3-bedroom apartment of 354 sqm covering the whole of level 13 plus 2 car parking spaces, which sold for $5.5 million;
- Unit 402, Leicester House at 8 Bligh Place, Melbourne, a residential apartment on the fourth, fifth and sixth floors, with a mezzanine level, three bedrooms, including two balconies, a pool, a double basement car parking space, plus a storage room, which was sold for $3.25 million and
- Unit 1307 at 118 Russell Street, Melbourne, a 3-bedroom apartment on levels 13 and 14, a terrace and one car space, which sold for $1.65 million.
