Sales recorded for Melbourne Units Cityscope for the three months to May 2019 totalled $387.6 million, a decrease from the $791.5 million recorded for the quarter to February 2019 (which included the off-the-plan sales of the Avant Apartments at 56-62 A'Beckett Street, Aurora Melbourne Central at 224-252 La Trobe Street and Victoria One at 452-272 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne) and the $735 million recorded in November 2018.

The latest data brings the twelve-month sales total to $2.106 billion, a slight decrease from the previous twelve months, which recorded sales of $2.126 billion.

Some notable sales featured in the May 2019 update of Melbourne Units Cityscope include:

  • Unit 20 at 50 Bourke Street
    A 2-bedroom penthouse and roof garden of 241.5 sqm, plus two car spaces, which sold for over $2.219 million through Hocking Stuart Carlton;
  • Unit 1406 at 35 Spring Street, Melbourne
    A 2-bedroom residential apartment with a balcony facing north east on level 14 including a car park space on level 4 and storage space on level 9, which was sold for $2.2 million and
  • Unit 405C at Leicester House, at 302-308 Flinders Lane
    Also known as 406/8 Bligh Place, Melbourne, a 2-level 2-bedroom unit on levels 5 and 6 with an entrance on level 4 and a private pool on level 6, which was sold for $2.125 million through Marshall White.
