This quarterly update of Pyrmont-Ultimo Cityscope shows an increase in total sales value, with a total of 30 sales at a value of $299.2 million, compared to 23 sales at a total value of $127.4 million for the quarter ending October 2018. The 12-month total sales figure stands at $699.8 million for the year ending January 2019, with 105 sales recorded over that period, a large decrease from the previous 12 months ending January 2018, during which 132 sales were recorded with a total value of $1.340 billion.

Notable sales in the areas covered by Pyrmont-Ultimo Cityscope for the January 2019 update include:

  • 19 Harris Street, Pyrmont
    An A-grade office building with seven levels of office space and 2 levels of basement parking with parking for 138 cars with a net lettable area of 12,568 sqm, was sold for $143 million through JLL Sydney and Colliers International; 
  • The office component of Block 4N, 100 Broadway, Chippendale
    6,184 sqm on levels 4 to 10, was sold for $70 million through CBRE (Sydney) and Cushman & Wakefield – Sydney and
  • 55-65 Murray Street, Pyrmont
    A four-storey office and showroom building providing a gross area of 3,130 sqm and parking for 12 cars, was sold for $31 million.
